Who We Are

The Non-appropriated Fund Human Resources (NAF HR) is the second largest civilian employer on Mountain Home Air Force Base. NAF positions are available at most of the 366th Force Support Squadron facilities. Employment is open to active-duty members, retired military members, family members, and those with no military affiliation.

What We Do

Our Mission: The Non-appropriated Fund Human Resources mission is to provide superior customer service while enhancing the overall administration of the NAF Personnel Program with utmost efficiency, accuracy and to ensure that the program is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies.  As an advisor, provide clear and accurate guidance to all customers, internal and external. The NAF HR Program strives to exceed your expectations in meeting personnel, employment and service needs.
